For an AI Development Company with operations in Latin America, Spain and the US, we are hiring a Sales Director to promote its products and services in the United States from its office in the Miami area.

• Develop and execute the sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve company targets
• Lead and manage the sales team, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base
• Present and demonstrate the value and capabilities of our AI solutions to potential clients
• Negotiate and close sales agreements and contracts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide insights to drive business growth
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and pipeline
Skills
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the AI or technology industry
• Demonstrated experience in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies and their business applications
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
• Bilingual skills: English and Spanish
• Work modality: hybrid
Salary range: $80,000 to $120,000
